Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the services of SealAll (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accepting a quote or scheduling a service, you (“Client” or “Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope of Work

SealAll agrees to perform the services outlined in the provided estimate/quote. We are a professional exterior restoration company specializing in pressure washing, interlock sealing, repairs, and line painting.

• Any changes or additions to the scope of work after the initial agreement must be agreed upon in writing and may result in additional charges.
• We reserve the right to refuse service if the property conditions are deemed unsafe for our crew.

2. Estimates and Pricing

• Estimates: All quotes provided are estimates based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may be adjusted if the actual square footage differs significantly from the estimate or if unforeseen conditions (e.g., excessive layers of old sealer) are discovered.
• Validity: Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated.
• Minimum Charge: A minimum service charge may apply to smaller jobs to cover travel and setup costs.

3. Scheduling and Cancellations

• Weather: Exterior restoration is weather-dependent. We reserve the right to reschedule services due to rain, high winds, or extreme temperatures. We will provide as much notice as possible.
• Cancellations: We request at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• Access: The Client agrees to provide clear access to the work area (driveway, patio, water source) on the scheduled date. Failure to provide access may result in a trip charge.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment Due: Payment is due in full upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Methods: We accept cash, cheque, e-transfer, and major credit cards.
• Late Fees: Overdue invoices may be subject to a late fee of 2% per month (24% per annum) on the outstanding balance.

5. Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work.

• Sealing Warranty: We warrant that our sealing application will prevent sand washout and protect against standard environmental wear for a period of [Insert Warranty Period, e.g., 1 Year] from the date of application.
• Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage caused by:
  • Shifted base/sub-soil movement (unless we performed the base repair).
  • Snow plow damage or use of harsh de-icing chemicals.
  • Oil or chemical spills occurring after our service.
  • Normal wear and tear.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Water Usage: The Client agrees to provide SealAll with access to an on-site water source (outdoor spigot) for the duration of the cleaning process.
• Clearance: Please remove all vehicles, furniture, potted plants, and fragile items from the work area before our arrival. SealAll is not responsible for damage to items left in the work zone.
• Windows & Doors: Please ensure all windows and doors are tightly closed to prevent water intrusion during pressure washing.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution to protect your property:

• SealAll is not liable for pre-existing damage, such as loose siding, rotted wood, or cracked concrete that may be exposed during the cleaning process.
• We are not responsible for water intrusion caused by defective seals on windows or doors.
• Our total liability for any claim arising out of our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for said services.

8. Photo & Video Release

Unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing, SealAll reserves the right to take “Before and After” photographs or videos of the work performed for quality assurance and marketing purposes (e.g., website gallery, social media). We will never share personal details or house numbers in marketing materials.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
